Leadership Empowerment International Network (LEIN) is an International Interdenominational and Non-political Leadership Network whose main objective is to empower both Christian and Corporate Leaders to make them more effective in matters of governance and serving their communities.
Leadership Empowerment International Network (LEIN) is an International Interdenominational and Non-political Leadership Network whose main objective is to empower both Christian and Corporate Leaders to make them more effective in matters of governance and serving their communities. The current headquarters are located in Nairobi, Kenya.
Membership is drawn and spread across all the East African countries i.e. Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Southern Sudan and recently joined by DRC.
This organization aims to bring together leaders and empower them spiritually and economically by providing education to all leaders in Africa and the world.
It is a symbol that brings Christian servants together for the purpose of service in Africa and the world at large.
LEIN is an organization that will work in any country without interfering with the service of denominations or opening a church, but it will work with all denominations according to the biblical faith, especially the Pentecostal confession.
LEIN is a tool that unites us together and strengthens us in service and spirituality to strengthen and build the body of Christ at the leadership level.
God gave this vision to God’s servants in 2012, who are Bishop Dr. David Makimei from Kenya and Pastor Selestin Mwiburo from Burundi. Isaiah 1:1-3 Ezekiel 37: 1-10.
The member countries are Burundi which received membership in 2012 along with Kenya, and started the first Conference in 2012 in Bujumbura Burundi. The second conference was held in Kenya in 2013 and the third conference was held in Tanzania in 2014, the fourth conference was held in Uganda in 2015, the fifth conference was held in Tanzania in the city of Arusha in 2016.Currently the countries that have joined are DRC Congo, South Sudan and Rwanda, and the sixth conference was held in Kigali Rwanda in 2017.
To bring God’s servants together from different countries in the world to provide education in various spiritual, service and economic areas. Math 28:19
It intends to reach Africa and the entire African continent and the world to ensure it has fulfilled the goal of the book of John 17:11-12 and Ezekiel 37:10 with the aim of promoting this organization and achieving the goals of LEIN’s vision.
The organization is sustainable and will continue to hold international and national, regional and district conferences in collaboration with various Christian denominations that acknowledge biblical foundations.
The LEIN organization is a body that manages itself and conducts its activities according to its vision.LEIN does not have any funding and conduct their activities by holding conferences using members contributions and philanthropists from various institutions and churches donations.
